Mindfulness & Resiliency Skills Online Group
Zoom Group beginning Tuesdays, May 18 from 12pm-1pm | $45
Have you experienced high stress/unsafe events or relationships that felt unsafe? Do you struggle with feelings of anxiety, can’t relax, have episodes of panic attacks or get irritated or angry too quickly? You could benefit from my drop-in mindfulness and resiliency skills online group beginning Tuesdays, May 11 at noon. The content will repeat every eight weeks. There will be 20 minutes of psycho-educational content about trauma & high stress events and the effect on our nervous system, 20 minutes of experiential practice, and 20 minutes of discussion & sharing.
This is excellent preparation for working with me individually for trauma healing using a Somatic Therapy approach.
