Practicing Mindfulness, Compassion, and Repair Skills in Our Relationships
Do you have trouble staying present for your partner in conversation or sharing any activity together? Do you and your partner express your appreciation for each other on a daily basis? Is the ratio of positive interactions to negative interactions at least 5:1? Do you know how to repair your connection when there has been a misunderstanding?
If these relationship skills need strengthening, consider my online Mindfulness for Couples group. There will be 15 minutes of psycho-educational content, 20 minutes of practice, and 20 minutes of sharing and discussing. The sessions will be $90 per couple and will be starting in June 2021.
